Accounting Clerk – 559JS

Accounting Clerk in Santa Fe Springs and MUST be able to start on Monday 2/22!

• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting
• Experience using Sage 100 and MS Excel

Job Requirements:

• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable accounts
• Filing journal entries and accounts payable invoices
• Send accounts receivable invoices to customers
• Reconcile accounts payable statements and file invoices
• Enter accounts payable invoices to be paid through accounts payable check cycle
• Assisting with accounts payable – A/P
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts
• Maintain all accounts payable records
• Prepare daily accounts receivable, cash receipt, deposit and posts cash to accounts receivable accounts
