Sr Tax Accountant – Real Estate


This is a Contract position in San Diego County, CA posted September 22, 2020.

What You Will Be Doing Facilitate and oversee all aspects of the tax return including engagement letters, work papers, client meetings, and tax preparation ” Help train and mentor junior staff ” Growth opportunity

What You Need for this Position Bachelors degree in Accounting
– Required ” CPA License preferred ” Solid 3-4 years at one firm ” 5 years of relevant experience in a public accounting practice ” 5 years of complex corporate, partnership and individual Tax returns ” Significant experience with heavy real estate and high net worth clients, along with full array of entities ” Experience with Lacerte, Smart Vault, CCH a plus ” Excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

” Strong bookkeeping skills ” Strong written and verbal communication skills ” Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with project deadlines and the ability to multitask ” Able to work additional hours January through April and during extension deadline season.

” Polished and mature ” Authorized to work in the US.
