Office Manager and Window Covering Sales

This is a Contract position in Alamo, CA posted September 22, 2020.

We are looking for an energetic, responsible individual to run our busy office/showroom and perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Day to day office needs, managing our company’s general administrative activities such as: writing quotes scheduling appointments following up with clients scanning, filing sending/answering emails assisting with billing General oversight of all functions of the office.

Salary range is $22-25 per hour based on experience.

Hours are 24-30 hours per week.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate must be highly organized, friendly, able to adapt in a fast moving business environment, take initiative consistently, able to prioritize work, learn quickly, and have a positive outlook every day.
