Job Title: Customer Service Rep (Bilingual a plus) Placement Type: 6 month contract to hire Start Date: 9/4 Worksite Location: : Remote (work from home) Pay Rate: $15.72/16.42 for Bilingual Hours: Training hours (8 weeks): 8am
– 4:30pm/Regular hours: shift bid after training.

hours of operation Mon-Fri 8am
– 8pm, Sat 8am
– 6pm.

candidates must be open to all shifts Dress code: Mon-Thurs is business casual, Friday
– jeans/tennis shoes ok but no t-shirts & logos.

Hours of operations
– (Monday-Friday 6am-7pm), you will have a 8hour shift during that time (40 hours a week) Job Description: Answer calls and respond to emails to and from providers.

A majority of calls are from members regarding eligibility, authorizations, reenrollment, payments.

Billing, clams, and ID cards Select, and explain the best solution to solve the issue.

Expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution Work Environment: Relaxed Depending upon self-management Very rewarding Team work Qualifications: 1 year customer service experience (any industry
– if in the medical/benefits, that would be ideal
– but not required) Customer Service via phone is highly preferred but customer service via face to face (i.e.

retail) is also considered HS Diploma or GED required Ability to type 30 wpm Performance Expectations: Service clients in a professional and timely manner Attendance/being on time is extremely important Communication skills (verbal and writing) is also extremely important During training, candidates will get daily/weekly feedback.
