We are a collaboration between world-class performing artists (e.g. multi-season stars from SYTYCD), technologists, startup operators, and more. About the role

This Graphic Designer role will work cross-functionally on creatively rich projects for both our marketing and product teams. This role presents a truly unique opportunity to solve design problems for our customers both before and after becoming users. While this role is remote, you must be based in a state in which CLI Studios is registered to operate (California, New York, or Massachusetts). Here are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

• Partner with both marketing and design to create visual assets for CLI Studio’s brand, website, emails, landing pages, digital ads, social media and more
• Execute timely design requests, balancing growth and product marketing creative needs
• Manage design work required by outside design contractors and partners
• Incorporate data gathered through market research, user research, and product requirements to create design solutions across all digital platforms
• Iterate on creative assets, creating multiple versions and variants for testing
• Maintain consistency with creative assets while following CLI Studios’ brand guidelines and design language

What you need to be successful

At CLI Studios we’re looking for collaborative, adaptable, and hard-working people who share in the passion of our mission. For this role you should core work expertise has been brand marketing and web design, with a portfolio showcasing your superpowers in brand and product storytelling. Here are the specific experiences, skills, and traits that we think will help you be successful in the Product Marketing Designer role:

• 2-4+ years of experience in digital design with a focus on D2C work
• Proven design experience with a portfolio of examples that demonstrate strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills
• Experience building core brand assets, like logos and color palettes, from concept to execution
• Solid understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principles
• Ability to develop simple and elegant design solutions to solve complex problems
• Familiarity with tools for interface design and prototyping including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills
