We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer to join our San Francisco team. Interior Designers play an integral role in providing design services to walk-in clientele within our showroom. The Interior Design team works with the rest of the design, sales, and operations teams to pull together projects and presentations for clients. Working Hours

Full-time (including weekends)

Every day, you can expect to:

• Produce original and innovative ideas for new projects while working independently within the specified project scale, requiring minimal direction.
• Responsible for bringing the Interior Design project from the initial brief to the fee letter stage and then to the final presentation within set deadlines.
• Assessing client briefs including time and budgetary requirements.
• Providing comprehensive project outlines and drafting project invoices.
• Lead designs on any given project, driving and developing innovative and creative design concepts for the project client as specified in the fee letter and design brief.
• Finalize design work with excellence, innovation, and originality maintaining Coco Republic’s market position as a design leader and innovator
• Assessing the quality of deliverables prior to the presentation including presentation boards and any accompanying documents and samples.
• Communicate correspondences with project clients, suppliers, contractors/repairers both during and post the design phase
• Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with multiple teams

Keys to your success:

• Professionalism and accuracy are key traits for success within this role, you will need a strong desire to grow and be challenged
• Must have 3-5 years experience in either own or reputable Interior Design business with proven industry success
• Business development experience
• Must be able to produce original and innovative design ideas for projects; with experience in mood board documentation and production
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficient in CAD drawing and graphic programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Vectorworks with the ability to produce 3D renders
• High-level organizational skills with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong sales ability, with business strategy awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present professionally to clients
• Team focused, with the ability to work partnering on projects
• File management and administration skills, with an awareness of inventory management and in-house inventory systems

Competitive Pay: $30.00 -$45.00 hr. + Monthly discretionary bonus
