Hospital Director Physical Therapy

A new opportunity as a Physical Therapy Director has just become available with a Critical Access Hospital in Northern California.

The PT Director will work for a small 20 bed critical access hospital that offers a variety of services, including Emergency Services, Pharmacy, 58 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, Radiology, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, and Surgical Services. The hospital is a top Performing Hospital in the region and offers comprehensive care to their community.

The Inpatient Director of Rehabilitation Services will join a small Physical Therapy department. The rehab department is growing and currently includes 4 physical therapists and 2 PTAs. The medical team offers compassionate care to patients.

The Hospital Director of Rehab will report to the Chief Nursing Officer at the hospital and will supervise Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants. The Inpatient Director of Physical Therapy Services will have the opportunity to oversee rehabilitative services and is responsible for ensuring hospital standards are met. They will direct a variety of tasks to ensure customers are satisfied in the most cost-effective manner. The PT Director will have a large variety of experiences in different settings.
