Intensive Care Nurse – ICU Nurse – (ICU RN)
StartDate: 12/07/2020Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $2517.00 – 2775.00
This South LA county facility which has been named among the nation’s top hospitals in safety and patient care. Combining cutting-edge technology with a focus on prevention, this facility area puts health at the heart of everything they do.This 10 bed ICU unit has an average daily census of 8. ICU Nurse to patient ratios 1:2 for all shifts. Unit patient population on this ICU unit are: Medical/surgical Ventilator Patients; Minimal Trauma. Patient Care Delivery System on the ICU unit is Primary.Specific meds and drips that are administered are: Dopamine, Dobutamine, Nitroglycerine, Neuromuscular blockade, Cardiac Med-drips. Special ICU Unit Procedures: Hemodynamic monitoring – procedural sedation – ICP Measurements.
Required Qualifications
Sepsis, respiratory failure, stroke, Gi bleed, Vent Management
Tele interpretation, Nitric Oxcide, Oscillators
Float to Stepdown/Tele/MS
ACLS BLS cert
Travel experience
