A 5 operating room Ambulatory Surgery Center in Southern California is seeking a seasoned clinical healthcare leader to join their team as Nurse Director Surgery Center RN.
The Nurse Director Surgery Center RN will be responsible for the clinical operations of the surgery center. It will be the duty of the Nurse Director to communicate effectively with Physicians, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Healthcare Executives alike to ensure that the facility runs according to policies and procedures. Additionally, they will assist the Administrator in managing the fiscal operations, employee relations as well as regulatory compliance within the Surgery Center.
This multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center houses 5 ORs operating rooms and 2 PACU Bays. They will be performing a number of multi-specialty surgeries including: Orthopedic, Pain Management, Plastics, General, Gastrointestinal GI, GYN and ENT.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center is located in a beautiful region of Southern California just North of Los Angeles.
