Job description

Responsibilities:

Manage the delivering of exceptional patient care in the Oncology setting

Problem-solve, analyze situations, think critically, give constructive feedback and supervise others

Utilize your excellent communication/interpersonal skills in settings and situations

Qualifications:

As an experienced leader, demonstrate compassion, excellence, collaboration and a passion for what you do

Successful completion of a BSN or higher nursing degree

At least five (5) years recent RN experience in an acute hospital setting

Previous Oncology experience working in an acute care setting needed, prefer 2+ years

California Nursing license

BLS certification

You will have direct reports, work in a 300+ Bed Facility

Must Haves:

Previous leadership and supervisory experience

Previous Oncology experience working in an acute care setting

(Prefer 2+ years Acute Stetting Exp, current California Nursing license, BLS certification, Master’s Degree)
