Supporting excellent in patient and family-centered care, the Site Based Float Pool provides critical nursing support to our 12 bed ICU and 38 bed Emergency Services department.

As a Float Pool nurse working in the ICU and ED at Scripps Memorial Encinitas, you’ll join a team of skilled medical professional who provide superior health services in a caring environment.

As RN
– Float Pool
– ICU and ED at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, you will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.

You will conduct patient assessments and plan and implements plan of care.

Play in integral role in evaluating patients’ progress towards expected outcomes and take primary responsibility for the patients’ care as delivered by the Care Team.

This is a Full Time, 12 hr Day shift position located in Encinitas.

Required Qualifications: One (1) year of acute care RN experience within ICU and/or ED Current CA RN License Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association Excellent interpersonal skills.

Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors Preferred Qualifications: BSN One (1) or more years in ICU or ED within an acute care setting CMSRN, NIHHS Stroke Certification Scripps Health is an equal opportunity employer.
