Job Requirements:
5+ years of work experience, with a background in human resources
Clear understanding and experience with HRIS platforms
Bilingual / Spanish is a MUST; oral and written communication
Proven knowledge of state and federal laws including FMLA, CFRA, EDD, ACA
Bachelor’s Degree, SPHR or equivalent is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft programs
