POSITION SUMMARY: The Product Management Director, Identity & Rights Management (IRM) will lead and manage a team responsible for the building, launch and actively manage a portfolio of products and solutions that align with organizational strategies, enhance our brand and competitive position in the marketplace, and delight our customers.

He/She will co-lead the strategy, roadmap and oversee the execution of the strategy in collaboration with engineering teams and related business departments.

This is a critical, highly visible and strategic leadership role within the company that has the potential to drive significant business impact. Specifically, he/she will manage the Identity Rights Management Software for the Enterprise.

This includes (but not limited to): Permission Management for remote controls of sensitive documents, Conditional Access Advice Management, Governance of audit system that audits post access, and Building and managing Identity Matching Solutions.

 He/she will be a thought leader in strategy and execution.

The scope of this role will include end-to-end management of the product portfolio, product roadmap development and delivery in collaboration with execution and strategic partners.

This position reports directly to the Sr.

Director, Product Management-IRM.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Help drive technology and business transformation through the creation of the healthcare data cloud and analytics portfolio that will help Change establish a leadership position in healthcare data & analytics in the industry. Build the Healthcare Platform Focus to include: Enterprise Identity Rights Management program architecture, infrastructure, capabilities, components and standards Create the requirements to develop and drive Scalable Operating Environment and Architecture of IRM Solutions Ensure Services meet SLA requirements Partner with Business Teams, translate business requirements to technical requirements that further our platform vision Drive Standardization at Company and Industry level for inter-operability Drive a platform model forward by micro services, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and API phased conception model.

Drive analysis of existing portfolio of data and analytics products and define a consolidated roadmap to deliver platform services, that can power the product portfolio. Create new opportunities in this space for Change with new feature capabilities and new offerings that drive customer and business value. Drive engagement with customers and external-facing stakeholders to understand and analyze customer and partner needs across a highly competitive and evolving landscape Leverage trends, new and potential customers and competitive information to define and execute upon overall business plans Collaborate with executive leadership and partner with Finance, Business Operations and Sales to develop and drive business cases and plans for existing offerings and incremental or new innovations Partner with Engineering leaders to drive Agile delivery of both existing and new offerings Develop and drive comprehensive go-to-market plans for existing and new offerings including either delivery or collaboration across marketing, demand generation and customer acquisition, internal and external sales enablement, route-to-market and partnering opportunities across all segments Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required; BSCS, BSEE or equivalent, MSCS or MBA preferred.

Master’s Degree preferred 8 years broad and deep product management experience Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes Experience working in a matrixed environment preferred Design Thinking experience/certification preferred Domain knowledge in areas of Big Data, Operational Databases, Analytics platforms, Data products, Data Governance, Privacy, and Security. Thorough working knowledge of lean and agile development processes with a proven track record in using these Enterprise and large enterprise segment experience (both direct and indirect) with business development experience a plus Leadership DNA Competencies: Advances Innovation: Creating new and better was for the organization to be successful Communicates Effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique need of different audiences Ensures Accountability: Holds self and other accountable to meet commitments.
