Bluecrew: Warehouse Picker

$500 Sign-On Bonus!A picker is responsible for picking orders, organizing and replenishing stock, operating moderately heavy machinery and other duties as assigned.

This position requires a detail oriented focus and the ability to quickly and accurately pick orders, a picker is accountable for meeting minimum performance expectations.

A picker may be required to work independently or with others.

A picker is expected to demonstrate positive behaviors at all times and work closely with a team of individuals, sharing the common goal of getting orders shipped out as quickly and accurately as possible.

This person must also be able to adjust accordingly to work situations in order to meet business needs.

New Crew Members* who work at least 120 hours between November 16th and December 15th will receive a sign-on bonus of $250!

Responsibilities: Picking Orders Operating Machinery Keep work area clean, neat, and organized Stack totes, organize carts Replenish Stock Follow safety protocol Requirements: Continuously standing on concrete Lifting up to 50 lbs Lifting, kneel, reaching above and below, carrying, bending, pushing, puling, stooping, standing, twisting, climbing, grasping*New Crew Members include anyone who works their first shift on or after October 5, 2020.
