The primary function of the Black Diamond Concierge is to support highly productive Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) who have achieved Black Diamond Status to enable them to focus on procuring new payroll clients for Heartland. The B.D.C. will focus on supportive actions to increase margin, improve client retention, cultivate and maintain referral partnerships, and promote and market Heartland Payroll services and technology to develop a strong coordinated partnership between the payroll sales channel and payroll operations. Job Details: What will you be doing? Administrative management and support of SPA accounts and referral partners such as scheduling meetings follow up and respond to inquiries and requests. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and implementation process for successful submission of the client application and retrieval of required documents. Design creative methods to promote new product offerings such as managing an email marketing campaign directed at existing and new accounts. Serve as point person for clients and Affiliate Partner (AP) contacts for operational questions or concerns Field and resolve incoming SPA questions and escalations Serve as point person for SPA for any current client needs Track client incidents and follow up for quality control Foster a cohesive relationship with sales partners Report client concerns or potentially at risk clients to management and SPA Other tasks as assigned or requested Additional Areas of Responsibility: Complete special projects as assigned by management Develop knowledge of products, procedures, and technologies in order to better serve SPA clients Other job-related duties as assigned Reporting Structures: Manager of Sales Training Direct – Manager of Sales Training Coordinating Relationships – Will often work with sales and operations management as well as SPAs directly What are the requirements? Strong sales orientation with deep understanding of service operations to facilitate relationship building and establish and maintain referral partnerships. Creative minded professional to support SPA’s continued business growth by thinking outside the box. Demonstrated history of exemplary customer service and excellent client retention rate Strong written and interpersonal communication skills required Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines Ability to multi task Proficient in online technologies and social media used to electronically market products and services. Working knowledge of Google G-Suite and MS Office Fluent in sales and operations languages to support trust-building between the channels to foster, cultivate and nurture internal and external relationships. Prefer candidate with strong understanding of sales process and sales acumen. Preferred knowledge of Heartland Payroll service model and product offerings, or discernible interest to learn A working knowledge of payroll, wage and tax laws, and IRS/State regulations is highly desirable Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
