If you have leadership experience and a passion for serving people who have developmental disabilities, you are encouraged to consider an outstanding career opportunity with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.Liberty has opened four community crisis homes in Ramona, which each serve four adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as significant behavioral health challenges.To support clients of these homes, Liberty is hiring for multiple full-time & part-time ‘Lead Behavioral Support Professional’ positions. These are leadership roles which will be responsible for:* Providing direct care to clients – rapidly responding to individual client needs and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)* Observing clients’ conditions and behaviors* Proactively addressing problems, concerns and issues* Monitoring program implementation and treatment integrity* Assisting with medication protocols* Leading, training, managing and supervising Behavioral Support Professionals* Working closely with the home’s Director and licensed cliniciansAvailable work schedule options are across the following three shifts:* 1st shift | 6am to 2pm* 2nd shift | 2pm to 10pm* 3rd shift | 10pm to 6amThese work schedules all include the mandatory requirement for weekend & holiday coverage. All applicants must be willing and able to work weekends & holidays.These positions offer a competitive salary, with higher hourly rates offered to individuals who have certain relevant professional credentials and/or experience. Prior management, supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.Registered Behavior Technicians, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Licensed Psychiatric Technicians are strongly encouraged to apply for this position. All Lead staff are required to obtain their Registered Behavioral Technician certification within 60 days of employment.
