The Business Development Representative will generate new business sales revenue from business to business development. This will be achieved through our contact management system and a leads pipeline provided by IDIQ. Top Business Development Representatives showcase the ability to high earnings by simply following our success plan where they will build a portfolio of commission paying partner businesses. Once you sign-up a business partner, they will be supported through our expert account management department while you continue to earn commissions.

Run sales from start to finish where the average sales cycle is 1-3 months.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Build a book of business to increase your commissions.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who is ready to make high-income levels and has:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM, Office and Microsoft Windows platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
A demonstrable track record of success within inside sales (managing existing customers and finding and closing new business)
Experience in Business to Business sales (B2B)
Solid time management skills
Strong relationship building skills when working with customers, prospects and internal colleagues
A growth mindset and is consistently working to improve their skills
A thorough understanding of the sales process, and ability to progress and quarterback complex sales cycles
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
The drive to contribute, grow and make an impact on a rapidly growing department and company
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $17.00 per hour and is eligible for overtime (non-exempt) plus a 2.5% commission on new and residual paying members. You will continue to earn a commission on all paying business from your partner pipeline for 1 full year. Commissions just keep building up!!! This is a full-time position (40 hours/week). Days of work are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm or as scheduled by your supervisor.

This position is onsite at our Temecula office center. However, due to COVID-19, our company is currently working remotely. Once our local government re-opens, this position will resume in our Temecula office. We are currently only considering local hires for this position, at this time.
