Digital Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Digital Product Owner in San Francisco, CA.

Summary: This role will be responsible for delivering a framework for right sizing the public website and outlining an implementation approach for continued maintenance of a streamlined site.

As we look for opportunities to reduce risk, reduce expense and simplify navigation for our visitors, this role will require a mix of experience in digital strategy, web analytics, UX and content strategy.

Primary Responsibilities Include: Analyzing current site to determine content effectiveness, evaluate page traffic and identify pain points and challenges Examining top visitor journeys and customer needs Identifying cost drivers and modeling reduction scenarios Clarifying site structure and target size by area Developing a framework to right-size the public site while ensuring continued enablement all jobs of the public site Outlining an implementation approach for the ongoing maintenance of the public website that considers site size, business and customer needs, governance, internal processes, and ADA requirements Collaborating closely with team of digital product managers to ensure alignment with digital and business strategies Assisting with maintenance of existing pages Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Detail & process oriented with -big picture
– strategic orientation Data minded with ability to understand web reporting Skills to interpret and analyze cost analysis Quantitative and qualitative data analysis experience Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Solid creative and strategic thinking skills Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills Start your career off on the right foot with one of ‘America’s Top 500 Companies’, as awarded by Forbes.
