We are making a difference in our local area and are looking for a like-minded General Manager that is engaged and dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives and in their local community.GM ROLE:Primary focus is leading the team to achieve the goals and objectives of ownership while maintaining and enhancing the culture and core values of the organization.

Key areas of focus for the GM include, but are not limited to:LeadershipLead, manage, coach, mentor, train, develop and direct the teamEnsure exceptional employee experience and engagementEnsure exceptional client experienceFinancial ManagementDevelop, implement and execute annual operating planGrow the business at 20% annuallyImplement policies, procedures, training, development and metrics to achieve targeted business growthEnsure compliance with State and Franchisor requirementsEnsure compliance with State and Federal labor laws, as applicableGM Oversight of Functional Areas Include:Human ResourcesEnsure compliance with policies and proceduresEnsure any performance related issues are appropriately documentedRecruitment & Onboarding effortsOversee training and development to ensure compliance with training requirementsAdministrative (W/C, Unemployment, Employee Issues)Develop, enhance and maintain retention programsOperationsEnsure smooth and efficient operationsAnalyze performance against key metricsPropose changes and enhancements to increase efficiency and profitabilitySales Calls& Ndash Respond to serviceinquiries conduct prospective client meetingsScheduling& NdashEnsure optimizationof caregiver schedules ensure shifts are properly staffedOn-Call& MdashRespond to afterhours requests/issuesAdministration, Accounting and FinanceEnsure smooth operation of all administrative functions: Billing, A/P, A/R, Payroll, Collections, Daily Deposits and Financial PerformanceBusiness Growth and Development Marketing, Advertising, Community OutreachEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:3-5 years prior General Manager or Operations Manager experience in a $2M businessPrior In-Home Senior Care industry experience highly recommended for consideration2-4 years prior sales experienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalentCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Competitive base salary starting at $70,000 with bonus opportunity, based on experience and achievement of performance-based metrics.Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply online at: www.Homeinstead.Com/358.
