Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager
Location: Irvine, CA
Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000 plus bonus
Job Description:
The Integrated Marketing Manager will help support the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing plans for Arlo’s products and services worldwide. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams around the globe. The ideal candidate should have some experience with developing consumer segmentation, product positioning, messaging, & go-to-market planning in both retail and online. In addition, this candidate should have experience with project planning, tracking deliverables and running go-to-market meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Help guide packaging graphics and other assets used for outbound marketing to drive consistency and accuracy across all consumer touchpoints.
Develop product messaging
Track and manage go-to-market meetings
Manage photography and video shoot assets for product launches
Work closely with corporate marketing, channel marketing, product managers, engineering, customer care, and IT teams to help shape how Arlo’s services & products are packaged and promoted to users throughout the purchase journey and through the lifecycle of ownership of Arlo products.
Support special initiatives or projects as needed
Education and Experience:
3-5 years of experience managing outbound marketing plans for new product introductions, ideally in consumer IOT technology, smart home, CE or related industries.
A good understanding of product marketing, including product positioning, messaging consumer purchasing behavior and user experience expectations for connected home products.
Experience leading and tracking cross functional team meetings
Experience working with creative agencies for photography and video assets
Demonstrated success working with sales and channel marketing teams
Global Marketing Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields. MBA a plus.
Skills Required:
Ability to understand product plans, technology roadmaps and business requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to align internal and external resources and timelines to launch products with the best quality and impact to the business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to travel as needed for collaboration with key stakeholders at other office sites
