Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Generous Vacation Plan, 9 paid holidays with 1 floating holiday per year.General Statement of Job:The Roving Account Manager is responsible for an exceptional end to end employee/client experience! This will include managing security staff members at local client sites by mentoring, developing and coaching CSS security team members. You will be responsible for all staffing, scheduling, payroll, staff performance, meeting clients expectations, enforcement of CSS and client policies and lead the training efforts/programs for the company.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:+ This position reports to the Senior Operations Manager+ Oversee and manage client relationships+ Oversee and manage CSS hourly employees assigned to your accounts+ Develop and mentor staff+ Interviewing new hires in the selection process+ Weekly Scheduling and Payroll+ Responsible for assigned accounts 24/7+ Develop and implement training programs for your accounts+ Schedule must be flexible as this position requires off hours and weekend work. (THIS IS NOT A MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS TYPE POSITION.)Minimum Training and Qualifications:+ Valid BSIS Guard Card+ Valid Driver’s License+ Must have High School Diploma, GED – College Preferred+ 3-5 years of solid prior security supervision experience or 2-3 years of Security Account Management experience.+ Excellent computer skills including all MS Office & Google Suite.+ Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.+ Must be efficient with strong attention to detail.+ Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule.+ Must have demonstrated professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidential information.+ Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving.+ Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in maintaining sensitive information.+ Must be dependable and operate with the highest level of integrityAffirmative action employer.
